World Snowboarding Rebrand and Website Development

OUR PROPOSAL

MemberPro and eclipse360 are excited to present this proposal for the redesign and development of the World Snowboard Tour (WST) website. Already home to over 3,500 athletes and more than 250 competitions – this community is anticipated to continue growing and the digital property needs to be ready for it!

MemberPro and eclipse360 have been working together on the re-brand of MemberPro as well as the successful implementation of the MemberPro software to its clients over the last 3 years. This unique partnership has allowed for a tight connection between the generated data and how it can be presented to the user, whether it be in the form of the intuitive and interactive back-end or the informative and engaging front-end.

MemberPro has already been effectively providing data to the WST site for years. This strategic partnership with eclipse360, a full-service creative advertising agency who truly understands MemberPro, will allow the front-end to visually present that data in a contemporary, innovative and modern way. The MemberPro/eclipse360 team believe that connectivity and collaboration are at the core of any successful project. Our team members will be as accessible as if they were all in the same office.

Our Vision

Our goal for the WST website, is to create a harmonious balance between data delivery, superior user experience and visual impact. Given the diverse and global user base, we want the site to reflect a modern, contemporary and dynamic look and feel while still delivering an uncomplicated and rewarding user experience on both desktop and mobile.

As a result of the many audiences accessing this site, a large focus will be placed on creating comprehensive and intuitive ways of displaying information and data. The site will feature an improved and simplified main navigation that ensures the user experience is more streamlined and less complex. Through the creative use of photography, iconography and colour, the user’s ability to access and collect the data they are looking for will be made much easier and visually impactful.

As well as making a visually appealing public facing site, the backend of the site will become an engaging, easy to navigate and informative area for members to login to. Our goal is to elevate the overall stickiness, functionality and user experience so that the site becomes an invaluable resource for all users that engages them on a regular basis. Along with an intuitive and visually striking design, the recurring engagement of the site can be achieved through the changing of relevant content as well as updating content into the WST social media streams (see custom dashboards).

The completely responsive and mobile friendly website will be a modern and contemporary design that better reflects the brand and desired positioning. The constantly changing data and incorporation of social media feeds/walls will ensure the site is never stagnant.

Given its broad appeal and industry sector, we envision the design to have a comprehensive global feel and be heavily driven by bold, rich and emotive imagery. For greater accessibility, iconography will be heavily incorporated into the design, along with copy to increase functionality and usability across a greater selection of users both by industry and/or geographic location.
