Angus McIntosh
Role: Strategic Advisor
Angus IS MemberPro; he knows the database, he knows the events, and he knows how everything fits together. We couldn’t imagine anyone building a site of this magnitude without him.
With decades of programming and database experience, Angus is a must have on this project. He understands the overall complexities of the data, how it fits together, and how it needs to be displayed. Not only has he built the database from scratch, but also built all of the forms and CMS displays for numerous clients to use in accessing that data. With direct access to Angus’ immense knowledge on everything MemberPro-related, we feel that we are the best team equipped to handle this project.
Ian Bruce
Role: Project Manager
Ian’s strong sense of user experience and overall knowledge of the MemberPro database will give us a leg up toward making this project an overwhelming success.
Ian has over 30 years of information technology experience in consulting and is a Director of a large B.C. based systems consulting firm. Experience in membership systems, human resources, health care, education, distribution and financial applications on multiple hardware and software platforms. Focus is on large-scale project management and the systems development process.
Amanda Kooy
Role: Account Manager
Amanda’s collaborative approach, detail-oriented nature, and appreciation for process makes sure projects stay on brand, on time and on budget.
With a love of advertising and the creative process, Amanda offers 10 years of agency experience working with a spectrum of clients ranging from not-for-profits to multi-nationals. Amanda studied Advertising and Media Communications at Southampton Solent University in England and complemented that with a PMI Project Management Certification from Mount Royal University in Calgary.
Robert Denis
Role: Web Developer – Back End
Robert is an integral part of this project, working closely between the eclipse360 design team and MemberPro to ensure the public facing and CMS portions of the website will work together seamlessly.
Robert has 17+ years of front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and AngularJS, just to name a few. He has worked with Alberta Education as a team lead and project manager and moved to Vancouver Island in the fall of 2012.

Jenny Marshall
Role: Brand Strategist
Jenny is one of two partners in eclipse360 and has had an esteemed career in advertising and communications spanning over 25 years. She understands the complexities and big picture thinking necessary to pull off successful campaigns and build great brands. She ensures the brief doesn’t get lost in translation and that even the smallest project adheres to the over-arching brand and communications strategy. Based upon insights and information, Jenny will lead the team in defining the web strategy. -
Jason Dauphinee
Role: Creative Director
With a career in the design and advertising industry spanning 20 years, Jason is a seasoned and recognized conceptual thinker with a host of local and national expertise. His ability to connect with a client’s needs and communicate it in a simple, clever and effective manner, is second to none. Jason has spent years honing his skills developing large and small business brands, each with a focus on clear and effective communications that drive results across multiple platforms. Over the years, Jason’s work has appeared on Applied Arts Magazine, he’s been interviewed for articles in BC Business and has also been the recipient of several GDC and Summit Awards. -
Carla Girvin
Role: Account Manager
Digital Strategy and Management With over seven years of experience in consumer marketing, Carla’s specialization is in digital strategy and advertising. She studied Professional Communications at Royal Roads University and has continued to update her skills by completing Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certifications. A self-professed geek, Carla loves the measurability of a digital campaign and seeing how a small change can make a big difference in your results. Carla will assist to determine the digital strategy and provide insights based on the results. -
Pip Knott
Role: Art Director
Pip brings a strong passion for web design, illustration, and typography. She holds a BA in Graphic Design and a diploma in Interior Design from Vancouver Island University and has studied typography in London, UK and architectural illustration at Emily Carr in Vancouver. With a keen eye for details, she enjoys creating design solutions that visually communicate effective messages. Pip’s ability to heavily consider user experience across devices, makes her the perfect Art Director for this website. -
Matt Johnson
Role: Senior Art Director
With over a decade of experience creating brand concepts for clients in a diverse cross section of industries, ranging from Tourism and Hospitality, Real Estate Development and Technology, Matt’s forward-thinking design solutions consistently reflect his belief that design’s primary role is to communicate effectively. He considers the story and strategy behind everything that he does, resulting in pieces that communicate a powerful message. Matt’s big picture thinking and wealth of experience will help guide the creative direction of the website. -
Jason Finnerty
Role: Content Auditor and Copywriter
With extensive experience working with clients in the tourism, technology, financial, and academic niches and brands ranging from Shell – United Kingdom to Tourism British Columbia, Jason has built a reputation around the world for consistently delivering great results on time, every time. Jason brings his professional education to clients, providing outstanding copy that speaks directly to target audiences; uses effective strategy to be found by search engines; and delivers a clear message that compels the reader to take a specific action – buy a product, sign up for a service, contact a rep, share a tweet, or leave a comment. -
Garrett Hyder
Role: Lead Web Developer
An accomplished & versatile web developer, with an affinity towards mobile publishing, he brings a strong technical expertise and 10 years of consumer-based web experience. His calm demeanour builds a strong rapport with customers. Starting as a system administrator and enterprise integration engineer his career blossomed while managing several web publishing platform based start-up companies. He brings a focus on future friendly design to the already versatile and innovative Eclipse Creative team. Garrett will oversee the entire web build, both from a strategic and technical approach. -
Brett Swindells
Role: Web Developer – Front End
Brett has a strong focus on the front end development of Drupal and WordPress websites. His background in mechanical design brings strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as a dedication to quality and seamless user experience. Brett also drives our adoption of the latest web and design technology and tools. Brett’s ability to translate a beautiful design into a fully functioning website makes him an ideal front end developer.
